Intake. We look at the possibilities.
We make imprints from your upper- and lower teeth, and we make photo’s and additional x-rays from your teeth as well.
After 10 workdays you will get a quotation and an estimate of the length of the treatment. We will discuss this with you thoroughly. After you’ve approved the quotation, we will make an ‘aircheck’. This aircheck is a step-by-step 3D animation that shows you how the placement of your teeth will improve. You can judge the end result according to this aircheck. You can come and check out the aircheck at our practice 5 workdays after your request. You will also see how long the treatment is going to be. After approvement of the aircheck the aligners, these are the invisible retainers, are being made.
The placing of the first aligner.
Periodic check-up and the placing of the next aligners. With this aesthetic treatment the suited aligners will be replaced by a new set every 2 weeks. Together with the dentist the results and the development is looked at.
When the treatment is finished, a retainer is placed on the inside of your teeth so your teeth will stay in place. This retainer is a metal thread which is not visible when you eat or smile.
